Your information stays yours
What we collect
The information you enter in the questionnaire, the booking form or the contact form: name, email, phone number, country, a description of your situation and your answers to the questionnaire.
Why
Only to handle your request: to get back to you, prepare the appointment and, if you entrust us with your case, follow it through. We don't send advertising and we never sell any data.
Who has access
The Mahavonjy Services team and, with your consent, the professionals working on your case (notary, lawyer, surveyor). The data is hosted by Hostinger.
How long
Requests that go no further are deleted after twelve months. Cases we handle are kept for as long as needed to process them and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to contact@mahavonjy-services.com. These rights are granted to you by Malagasy Law No. 2014-038 on the protection of personal data and, if you live in the European Union, by the GDPR.
Storage on your device
The questionnaire saves your answers in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. They are erased as soon as your request is sent. The site does not use advertising cookies.
